We're conducting a full content library refresh, and I'm wondering how often any of you utilize Auto Answer and how effective you find it to be. For example, we uploaded a document with 37 questions to our Content Library, then uploaded that same questionnaire as a Project and tried to use auto answer. As soon as we moved the confidence level over 50%, it started to return less than 100% of the results. We're going to work on this with our CSM, but wanted to know if anyone else had best practices or positive experiences that we could learn from.
