Client Riverbed Technology is requesting the ability to relate content that is in either Moderation or Review to other records. The idea here is that the point of Review & Moderation is to offer an opportunity to pre-organize content before it is available in the main Library - which should include relating that content to other records if needed. Additionally, current functionality allows a user while in the library to find content that is in Review or Moderation, but yet does not allow a relation to be made. This is very misleading for users, as it seems as though they WILL be able to relate content.
