Client Circana is requesting that the product behavior be made more obvious that if a Moderator makes a change to a record, then need to click save first, THEN they can accept. Currently many clients make a change then click "accept" thinking that it will both save the changes and accept the record out of moderation. Requesting that either the "accept" button be greyed out until changes are saved, or add a "save changes & accept" button.
