Does anyone have issues with search results pulling results that do not relate to what is being searched, or are opposite of what is being searched? For example, when searching discount the words Count and County are highlighted as results or when searching homeless the word home rises as a result. I am guessing this is part of the Fuzzy Search that I heard about on a call yesterday but other than always adding quotes we are finding that unrelated search terms are often returned causing more results to filter through than is helpful. Just trying to figure out what others are doing to make their results higher quality.

Search results display similar keywords. For example, searching for "network" brings results that include "network," "networking," "networks," etc., and searching for "networking" results in "network," "networks," etc.

To better understand what RFPIO searches every time, I would suggest looking at the "Content Search Term Report." Also, "Related Words" and "Custom Stop Words" are part of the search results.

I found handy the new search feature query based searches. Please note that you need to put into double quotes Custom fields or Tags with more than one word, which is not mentioned in the documentation.
