Content Library Size

Hello all,

Question. How do you keep your library from getting too big? We have been completing RFPs in RFPIO since Jan 1, but the content library has been around longer. We've had some library growth from projects, but currently we have over 400 items sitting in moderation from Projects to be added to the content library. We want a solid library so we can use auto respond more, etc but I'm afraid of it getting out of control.

Any thoughts are appreciated!

We have the same problem. I started about a year ago but RFPIO has been used by the company for years. We have over 1200 responses with little to no organization. I have added Project Names, Tags, and Collections, but there is a lot of very similar but not quite duplicate responses. Any suggestions to clean up this mess.
