This issue was brought to my attention by Securitas GCA.
As it stands, when you select revisions in a project, the pane on the right will state 'Current Version' but depending on the selection, it actually will not be the current version present in the answer. To be more precise, the customer noted changing the display text to 'Selected Version' would more accurately communicate what is happening. Furthermore, being more obvious as to which pane reflects the current answer in the response field would be helpful. In the example image below, the UI would indicate that is the current version, but it is not what is in the response field "currently". So improved wording, position and UI for communicating what is the current response on the answer field and the saved revision version being compared would be more intuitive/clear.
