In testing ChatGPT, it seems that it cannot differentiate between collections. This is problematic for this client, since their data of Matrixcare and Brightree needs to be completely separate since they are different business entities. Please let me know if we should direct this feedback elsewhere! Client is happy to hold a conversation with product/engineering. (We can see in the screenshot below the "Elaborate" option for a Matrixcare question returned Brightree information)
