In the Content Library mapping, there is the option to add standard responses to your mapped answers. However, after going through a long process with a client and support, it turns out that it does not stick in the Content Library but instead it's supposed to be only used in the Projects side of mapping.
Zendesk articles do not clarify this anywhere and make it seem like it should stick to the answers in the Content Library. I believe that are revising the article but my client QAD was disappointed that a function that seemed to be there was actually not there and now there work processes are now longer because of it which is not what RFPIO promises. Would love to see updates surrounding this, it seems like it would be a great feature to enable in the Answer Library or at least, hide the standard responses from the Answer Library if it's not actually enabled because it is confusing clients.
