This suggestion comes to use from Insung Kim of T. Rowe Price:
When you export multiple Q&A pairs into a Word document, the question line comes up first followed by a table that contains metadata selected during the process, then finally a response. As there is no formatting difference between Q and A and they are all in plain text format, it is hard to read through and distinguish where a new record begins.
Suggestions:
- I think the question line should be exported with the Response part instead of being separated by the table in the middle.
- Then having a page break right before each question (or each table) starts will be also helpful.
- Ideally, if questions can be exported with some kind of visible formatting (e.g. bold, different font size, etc.) that would be great. Just wanted to provide this feedback.
