My customer Vizient is running into some issues with related words. They have the related word set below with a term that includes the ampersand (see attached image).
My understanding is that they can not search on a related word with an ampersand since our search tool doesn't include symbols. I believe you also can not use phrase search to search related words. But in this case, both are important for the related words search to work correctly. I've also attached a recording with the users (https://us-39424.app.gong.io/e/c-share/?tkn=81st03qgt01m2mxzf500c9ad) to demonstrate the issue. For example, when they search "corporate shared services" only records with that term come up, none of the related words come up. Same is true if they search "general and administrative". If they take the quotes off, they get more hits, but then the search is not useful because it returns too many records.
Can we please consider allowing special characters as well as phrase searches for related words?

Thanks for the email. Please find my answer below.
- Related words will not be searched, if we use double quotes.
- By default the letter G and A will be in the stop words, so by removing the Stop words the term G&A will be searched but the "&" special character will not be highlighted.

SAP Is also having issues with this and would like to see phrases included in the results.
