PROD-I-996 Bulk adding alternate questions to multiple library records

The client would like to have the ability to bulk add "alternate questions" to a large number of filtered Q&A records. currently we cannot bulk add in the alternate question field.

Here follows why its needed for the client, s they are working to develop their content library with question and answers pairs that can be used across multiple investment databases. Examples include ASSET Q, DOOR, bFinance etc.

They have discovered that whilst the database asks their questions in a variety of way the answers we provide by fund or strategy is the same. We currently are servicing in excess of 300 funds at Invesco all of whom need to be uploaded to various third party databases. We use the alternate question function to populate when a new third party database is onboarded but we need a quick way to add their question into the existing Q&A pair. The use case below shows our main question is "Does the fund have any specific performance and risk/volatility targets? The alternate question is "Has the fund got a specific performance objective?

There are 74 funds in the system that have the main question and need the alternate question added so that we can utilise the autofill function when completing DDQ's for the third party database multiplied by 100 questions to be completed. Hence easier if we could just add the alternate questions and bulk this across all our products.

2. We can use custom field created to add any specific information.
