Hi Team, this help center article: https://help.rfpio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038672614-Organizing-your-Answer-Library-Content doesn't mention how owners of Q&A pairs can still access content that's been placed in a collection, even if they are not a member of that collection. They just can't filter by that collection.
Dynatrace reached out today and were confused by the discrepancy, they expected collections to override ownership. A sentence clarifying would be helpful in my opinion.

Hi Viswa, this comes close, but it would be nice to be clear that owners can still access content even after it's been placed in a collection. Intuitively this makes sense, but the way collections are presented I think it does sound like collections would override ownership. My 2 cents, thanks for considering
