- When content is applied from AL recommendations, the used count increases and the answer library used flag is enabled, but when the entire content is deleted, the flag disappears but the count remains the same.
- When content is applied from AL recommendations, the used count increases, and the answer library used flag is enabled, but when almost the entire content (99%) is deleted, the Ans lib used flag is enabled.

Client statement:
My concerns are:
- If a stored answer's used, but later replaced in its entirety, its usage statistics are still affected. This generates inaccurate reporting
- If a stored answer's used, but then >90% of the original content is edited, there's no valuing in reporting it as the 'Answer Library Used and Edited'. This also creates a false indicator of content health
I would like for this behaviour to be automatic, but as Antony suggests in his earlier email, a clear usage flag button would help.
In the case that content from the library was used via apply, copy/paste or other action, but then deleted by the user as they considered it a mistake or not applicable and they type a fresh answer manually.
Would you therefor please consider adding a button to allow the user to 'clear' the flag that the content was used and then subsequently deleted, therefor 'not' used and not reflected in the reporting and importantly not increasing the used-count of the library content.
