Micro Focus would like to build a report to measure an internal KPI on whether all content has been reviewed or not. This requires a couple of enhancements to the answer library and custom reports:
- Micro Focus has some content that needs to be reviewed quarterly, some that needs to be reviewed yearly. Most of our customers are like this. We would bulk update the review cycle for that content, but there is no way to find content with a review cycle of x days. My workaround is to tag, but I would prefer if we could have a filter in the AL for "review cycle" and look for review cycles of 30,60,90,120,365 days, etc.
- Along those lines, Micro Focus wants to know the percent of content being reviewed in its cycle. We can look for the last reviewed date to verify if the content was reviewed in the last 30, 90, 120 days, but it would be a very manual process. We'd have to filter and compare the number of items in the last reviewed date to total items. It would be nice if there was some way we can create a piece of metadata that uses the last reviewed date and compares it to the review cycle set to determine if the content was reviewed according to its cycle in a yes/no fashion.
- Lastly, we would need the ability to pull these pieces of metadata to cutom reports.
