PROD-I-1054 Clarifications Export Type

In the current state, we can only export clarifications out into Excel. I have had multiple clients request being able to export these clarifications out into an export template with their company branding, or just to a word document. Some clients are having to send back clarifications for every RFP, and this would provide them with a better looking client-facing document to send back.
