Currently, Last updated by filter inside a section shows up the records that made at section level as well, but a client has requested to get only the records of the questions that are last updated by the users when searched with a section.

Thanks for submitting the idea. Last updated by filter is specific to the user who has last updated the questions in which sections. May I know the difficulty the user has faced which helps me to understand better.
