PROD-I-1217 Content Cleaner - Filter to Grab Items Marked "Content Cleaner"

It would be great to have a filter to pull up all the items that are marked with "Content Cleaner" versus having to scroll down to find these items.

@Samantha Gitman Valid ask, we will plan for future, we already done with the POC and successful, so we will take this, when we are done with current commitment that we have.
