PROD-I-1218 allow users to set default search criteria system wide

Allow individual users, or Admins to set for users, default searches across Content Library and Projects from org settings.

Use case: different teams use different collections and admins want users to not have to set their search criteria in each project/library search

@zachary : Thanks for the feedback! One question on the use case itself. Why would an admin want to set a default search across the System (Project, Content Library) because what the way user search in the individual modules will be different right?
