PROD-I-1230 Bulk updating metadata in New UI as available in Classic UI

e have received a feedback from Dennemeyer. The user would like to have the option of bulk updating owners as available in the Classic UI as it is very easy to select random questions from the list in one go instead on selecting QA pairs from page to page.

When dealing with high number of questions (eg 110 Q&As or more) a bulk preview on all of them and tick/select only the ones I am interested in
