I've noticed when talking to prospects in the federal space or any that do more narrative-based RFPs, can get hung up on the idea of building a content library out of Q&A pairs.
It may be easier for them to understand the auto respond capabiites if we created a second option for them that has all the same functionality that a Q&A pair has, but with the vocabulary changed to Topic & Content (or something like that) instead.
