PROD-I-1300 Curved quotation marks

Client would like to have the curved quotation marks appears in the RFPIO editor as it appears in word. Since the quotation marks appears and comes out with straight marks When typed in RFPIO which is not preferrable. when curly and straight quotes are all mixed in a final document, that makes it look less professional making the reviewer feel that content is being copied and pasted from all over the place.
