Setup ownership and review cycle based on a tag or collection. When content is assigned to the tag or collection it automatically inherits the owners and review cycle assigned to that tag or collection.

This was brought up by Nicholle at Forescout. Specifically "we would like the ability to assign Owner, Moderator and Review Cycle by tag instead of bulk updating at the end of every project. So when a tag is added to a Q/A pair everything else is also assigned."
