Okta would like to see the following to help entering new content into the content library.
- Need default templates for adding a Q&A pair to the Content Library.
** Example, in Security RFP, we would want certain defaults set for Edit/View, tags, owner, etc. If it's a Security RFP NewsFlash item it needs to have the NewsFlash tag, etc.
** We do use cloning but it would be much cleaner if we had a template to ensure old data was cleared out.
