Okta would like to be able to have more influence on the recommendation engine. For common topics they could currate the top 5 results.
- Preferred Q&A pairs in search results
** Like AI-related words but for searching so if someone searches for "encryption", the top 1-5 results will be controlled/hand-picked by Security.
