My customer Unqork pointed out that there is not a swap option in the content cleaner interface. As you will not always be interacting with what a content manager would consider a 'primary question' lacking this swap option means that the user would actually have to navigate away from content cleaner and go to the duplicate report or search up the actual primary question (the more comprehensive response or better organized response) to prompt another compare/merge.
Not being able to adjust within content cleaner if you don't happen to interact with the the 'primary' defeats some of the purpose and utility of the function. Requesting a swap option be introduced to make this feature even better.
