We use the Activities tab to find edits to review. The Activities log is recording "Answer Edited" events but does not show any edit activity (attached screenshot: 2023-05-15_9-30-42.jpg). If we go into the actual question, then it shows an edit of changing from Answered to Not Answered (attached screenshot:2023-05-15_9-39-44). Ideally this info would be available from the Activities tab, without having to click into the question. It would also be nice if there was a separate category. Instead of "Answer Edited", perhaps "Answer Status Changed".
