This request comes from Evernorth, but I think is applicable to most companies that leverage linked companies. Evernorth heavily relies on custom fields and other metadata to ensure their users are accessing the right content. They have several partners/sub-brands that search their library through our Linked Companies feature. However, we have discovered that those linked companies can not view the custom fields or other metadata associated with the content which poses a challenge when they are trying to locate the right content. Further, while tags are exposed as a filter, they do not display on the Q/A card, so if a user has selected multiple tags, it's not clear which tags are on which Q/A pairs in their search. The ask is that we allow for additional search filters with linked companies including custom fields as well as expose the metadata on the Q/A card itself.
