I have a client right now, a new SA, who is a former Loopio user. They have made it clear to us that they are going to market to evaluate tools other than RFPIO.
In the Answer Library, they want to be able to see the values for the Merge Tags they have created that are not client-specific. Examples are below in red. They have not yet converted them to Merge Tags because they tested it and they can't see the values.
Having this functionality would help us compete with Loopio.
