Comment option to have ability to select part of text
Client : Recipharm We now have the option where client can mention a section as such and provide their comment. But if the section is too big and only a part of the section needs to be reviewed, it will be better if we can select few lines in the section to comment.

Reviewers are not able to edit the proposal.

Proposal sent email to be changed to user email and not rfpio.com
Client : Recipharm Client feels that when a proposal is shared to an external client, they might not identify or accept emails which has Responsive or RFPIO domain and it might be blacklisted. To avoid proposals being sent to Junk folder, they request this option to have the sent email for proposals has the client domain.
