Team, in the Kainos instance (PoC Trial) the client is running into unexpected behavior with Auto Respond. In the SCI Questionnaire – Paul Test project, Auto Respond does identify responses for many questions, however with the following two behaviors:
Auto Responded questions are NOT marked as answered
Answers that should be Exact Match are only showing as Partial Match in Auto Respond preview
Two notable details are:
Auto Respond is successfully filling Yes/No drop-down answer types from “Yes” basic text AL records, and the Additional Information response field is purposely being left blank for most questions.
The Excel contains locked cells, macros, or other features that have caused delays or odd behavior elsewhere. For ex, the original SCI Questionnaire project was abandoned because the View File Configuration > Edit operation would freeze the platform for several minutes (Loading wheel). We’ve considered opening a separate ticket for this
We want to understand why the Auto Responses are not being marked as answered? And perhaps if there are any formatting changes needed for the AL or Sections imports to improve the workflow and downstream behavior.
We also hope to understand why these are showing as partial matches rather than full matches, and how that might correspond to the different answer types.
