PROD-I-202 Ability to import duplicate/similar questions to a Project

Hi Team,

This is in reference to ticket #8879. Essentially, the source document has some duplicate questions and the system was not importing all 24 questions, but removing the duplicates and only importing 7 questions.

I would like to suggest that we allow for duplicate/similar questions to be mapped & imported into the Project.

The workaround provided was to manually "shuffle" the questions in the source document (by copy/pasting), and then it would allow all questions to be imported. However, this is extra time spent both pre & post export as the client's customer requires their response to be in the same order that it was provided.

@Nicole From broader user perspective, ignoring duplicates in the source file saves lot of their time after import. But i do understand in some cases, we need to import the source file as-is. We will wait on this and if we receive similar feedbacks we will consider it in future.
