I am sure you have all experienced the situation when an RFP response contains the exact same answer to multiple RFP questions. There are several issues with that situation, not least of which it can suggest the use of an automated tool, as well as inadequate review of the response before sending it out.
I was wondering if we might want to consider popping up some kind of warning message that notifies the user when they apply an answer if it has already been applied elsewhere in an RFP project, so they can be aware of this, and decide how to proceed. (It can, of course, be appropriate to use the same answer more than one)
This would also be useful in Auto Respond. In one recent situation, I had several questions in the project about document formatting, and Auto Respond suggested the same answer 4 times.
