Hi Team,
Even though a Team Member has "View questions other than assigned" enabled for the role, we know that to view all questions one must perform a series of clicks before that's possible. And the feedback I get on where to perform those clicks is that it's not intuitive.
A few of my clients do not like this process. Optum in particular.
Even if we don't change the default behaviour, I think a possible quick win would to make the filters sticky or give the option to save/retain the changes to the question view filters:

Even if they don't love the process of clicking around to be able to view all questions, by allowing the filters to remain, they'll be performing a process they dislike a lot less!
