PROD-I-343 Integration with Freshsales CRM

Hello Team,

We were on a demo with Chargebee. They are currently on RFP360 and evaluating Loopio & us. One of the biggest reasons is user adoption and they tie this to having an integration with their CRM (Freshsales).

Do we have any options right now or plans to look into a possible integration with Freshsales?
It's a little early to commit if it's a deal breaker but for sure will play a significant role during the advanced stages of this deal.

Hi Naveen,

Currently we have not planned to integrate with Freshsales XRM, but we would be happy to connect on a call and understand on how would the users want to populate fields and map objects from Freshsales to Responsive.
