I was unaware until recently how much of an impact the Answer Header has on the operation of the Auto Respond process. Simply put, my testing suggests that if the Answer Header in the Project does not match the Answer header in the AL, Auto Respond finds no matches. Does this sound correct?
By way of example, if the Answer Header in the Project says "Comments", while the Answer header in the Q&A pair in the AL says "Response", I am getting zero matches. It is very likely that RFP questionnaires are going to have a wide variety of answer headers (e.g. Comments, Response, Answer, Vendor response, Vendor Comments) meaning that Auto-Respond is not going to work in any that don't match the Answer header in the AL.
I would like to suggest a configuration option in the Auto-Respond process that permits you to either "Ignore Answer Headers", or, enables the user to edit the Answer Header in the Project so that it matches the Answer Header in the AL (I know you can do that as part of Import process, but I am suggesting this is available in the Auto Respond UI).
