Hi Team,
I encountered a strange numbering issue on a training with a customer yesterday. When we initially uploaded their document to begin mapping it for import, the numbering in their proposal had changed from what the source document contained. For example, section 1 was labeled as section 2, and so on and so forth.
However, when we imported and then exported back to the source document, the numbering was unaltered (back to its correct format). Either way, the customer was perplexed and it was difficult to work around at first.
For context, this was a Word doc that wasn't converted from a PDF or anything out of the ordinary. I thought it might be related to the original document's formatting, but I still couldn't pinpoint why our system would alter the numbering formatting/structure in any way.
