Hello Team
Fintech is trialling RFPIO right now - in general they like it very much - especially the ability to have more than one version of an answer in a record, which they absolutely love... However, they have made several recommendations about limitations in our implementation of this feature and related features, which I agree with.
Firstly- If you apply an Answer from Recommendations to a question, and then edit the applied answer, you can compare the edited answer with the original - this is great in concept. But...if there is more than one version of the answer in the Q&A record, the Compare UI implies that any alternate answer text has been deleted (red highlighting). They think this is very confusing, and recommend that only changes between the original response, and the edited response is shown.
Also - if there is a new answer version in the AL since the original answer was applied, we show the green light bulb. However, it is very frustrating to them that if there is more than one version of the Answer in that record, they cannot perform an update automatically. You have to copy/paste. Since they are leveraging the multiple answers capability extensively, it is very cumbersome for them to have to copy/paste every time.
Finally, they want to have a way of updating all such answers in a much more efficient way - right now, you can see the lightbulb icon on the Sections screen, but when you open a section, you have to open each question in turn to see if there is a new version.
They would like the ability to show a screen that summarizes all changes in the project, so that they can review each, and choose which they wish to update, and which they don't. A bit like the Preview screen used with Auto Respond.
