Hi All,
At this time, a team member is able to add additional authors onto a question assigned to them, but cannot remove themselves. When they are adding that 2nd author, they get the options of pending or sending and adding comments.
This is where we begin bumping into some issues. NAVEX Global identified the first part of this issue today.
A team member does not have access to the pending notification queue - so they cannot prompt their own notifications to be sent out. It necessitates the RFP Manager/Project Primary to come back through and trigger those pending notifications to be sent out. I do understand why limiting access to the queue is sensible in some cases, but it does add more to the PPC's tasks. The alternative is potentially spamming their colleagues with one-off notifications.
The other issue is that if that team member added any comments to their pending notification - those comments are lost and fall off from the pending notification that I see as the PPC in the queue. See below, Nicole added a comment to one of the pending author assignments and that was dropped when I view it as the PPC/admin with access to the queue:

The HC article on this subject has several customer comments about that lack of access to a pending notification queue for the team member.
Is this on the roadmap to enhance? Ideally, team members could get limited/filtered access to the pending notification queue for managing their own queued up assignment notices. Further, preserving comments would be important as well.
