Hi, I'm Tiffany. Can I tell you how excited I am for this community?

Hi everyone. I think I need to change my title. But I have been hesitant about it. PowerPoint Wiz and RPFIO Master just doesn't seem right.

I work in both Product Marketing and Sales Enablement. Mostly in Sales Enablement. I manage the RFPIO tool, the RFP process, our annual virtual Sales Kickoff, and I'm in the middle of rolling out a new Proposal Library and Proposal Review Process. I have seven (7) business days to get it going.

We are 100% remote at Data Axle and will continue this way. That's why tools and automation are so critical to our success.

I absolutely LOVE RFPIO, and my colleagues can tell. I periodically send our users emails about new functionality rollouts with fun emails. The one below is for the new Proposal Library and Proposal Review Process.

The next one was to motivate our SMEs to complete their content reviews.

Oh, and there are more.

I live in NC with my incredible husband, who also works from home, my two kiddos (8 & 10), our two pups (@louie_and_maverick on Insta), and one cat. I also have two side gigs (olyie.com and an online health and wellness company). Needless to say, I'm a busy mom.

Oh, and did I mention we are moving to FL this summer? Yeah. Then there's that.

I am a huge fan of Appalachian State football (Go Mountaineers!), the Miami Dolphins, and spending time with friends and family.

It's nice to meet you all virtually. Maybe one day we can all get together and have a drink.

What do you find is the best way to send library content (not in a project) to a SME on a one-off basis vs. part of a review cycle?

I just launched an offline Proposal Library (working on automating it in RFPIO as I type this), and I used this in the announcement in an email this morning.

After a while, people expect this from you, so stay on your toes! But I love the fact that people comment, and they know a lot of thought has gone into the email when it's creative :) Good luck @Marcea Say, and I'd love to see what you come up with!
