Please can we consider displaying the Content Score indicator in the Auto-Respond Preview screen. It is not currently available in the Answer Library Properties panel on the right.
In a demo today, the prospect had asked about content score, and they got very excited about it when I showed them how it works, and that you can customize the weightings on which the score is calculated. However, they felt that it was a shame that the Content Score didn't appear in this preview. They felt it was an excellent way for a user to quickly determine if an answer chosen in Auto-Respond was reliable, without having to hit View Properties.
