Team -
We have lots of long menus in the application - especially for the Assignment/Removal of Authors/Guests/Reviewers. They are also very inconsistent in operation and therefore likely to be confusing to users
For example, see the three screenshots below.
In the Sections Screen Edit Menu -
We have 5 options all relating to the same general functionality - That unnecessarily elongates the menu.
We also do not have a Remove Guests option..Any reason for this?
Within a Section, if you choose the Questions Menu:
We now have only 4 options - So where did Assign to Guests go?
Assign to Guest is now consolidated with Assign Authors (but how would I know that as a user?)
Finally, at the individual question level, if you click on the Hamburger menu:
Now you only get one single option, "Assign", which pops up the sidebar on the right, where you can assign to all three!
I have not thought through in detail what I would recommend instead , but I do believe that there are opportunities to optimize the UI by consolidating these options, and making them more consistent in operation.
