PROD-I-447 Slack Integration Q&A "Freshness Score"

Hello Team!

I was wrapping up a competitive POC Account with Sujith (against Loopio) and the prospect asked,

"Is there any way to show a 'freshness score' (last reviewed) or the 'content score' when searching the Answer Library via Slack? The last thing I want is people reaching out to me or other content owners all the time and asking if something is up-to-date when they're searching via Slack as an RFPIO User or Non-User."

Have other people heard this same feedback from prospects / clients? Has it been discussed in the roadmap?

Hi Aaron,

Thanks for the feedback. Having the option to view Content score in Teams and filter them would be very helpful for users when they are looking through matched content. We will discuss this internally and keep you posted.
