Auto Respond Feedback

Hello fellow RFPIO users! I mentioned in a previous post that my company recently relaunched RFPIO and we are now fully using the solution from A to Z since 1/1/23. I'm looking for any tips, recommendations, etc for the use of auto respond as my team is not using it very heavily yet. We don't have any specific challenges but perhaps maybe just more fear of the unknown? Any feedback is appreciated. Have a wonderful day.

Hi @Andrew_M. I always think of Auto-Respond as a great first pass, as it's a win even if you automate 10% of the process. I'd definitely encourage your team to utilize it to see how much of the process you can automate and create goals moving forward. For example, if on first go, you are able to automize 5% and the next time 15%, that's great! This help article & this university series are great resources too on best practices and the background on the characteristics of your Q/A pairs that Auto-Respond utilizes. Curious to hear what other teams are doing to get the best use out of Auto-Respond...

Helene brings up a good point, it's a great option for that first pass. One of the things I find that can work really well is to run auto-respond section by section rather than the whole project, so you can apply filters to narrow in on the most relevant content.
