Hi,
We have a feature to mention the users using '@' in the comments text box. But, as there is no help text/instruction text available to inform the user about this feature, the users may not know that they can use it.
Suggestion: Have an instruction text below "Add new Comment" like 'You can use '@' to select the users". Or something like this.
