Another item of feedback from StarCompliance (current Loopio customer) was that Loopio, in a Project, allows users to select one or more words with the Question text, right-click, and add them to the Search box in the Recommendations view. The system will then execute the search based on those selected Keywords. They indicated they use this capability all the time, and seemed disappointed that we do not offer an equivalent.
From a usability perspective, I can see the value of this - having to edit/modify the question text in the very small Search box in Recommendations is fairly challenging.
