In discussing the Slack integration with a customer, they had an idea which I thought was interesting:
The use case I was wondering about for Slack is the following:
We have created a Slack workspace specifically for our customers called Customer Community. Would it be possible for customers in this Community workspace to ask questions (i.e. Search the RFPIO knowledgebase) via the channel and we provide automatic answers from the RFPIO library?
I was wondering if we can do this already, via the @RFPIO command, and using Collections to control what their customers can search. But I did not know if it would be possible for a Slack Connect workspace. Can one of you advise if this is do-able?
