Hi all,
I believe this may have been raised in the past, but I wanted to bring this to the forefront again, as I know it has significantly impacted several sales reps' ability to demo the Salesforce integration during first prospect calls.
Over the last few weeks, the RFPIO Inc environment keeps signing out of the Salesforce Demo account. When a rep clicks "Connect to Salesforce," RFPIO Inc seems to be latch onto the last Salesforce account that was open / signed into elsewhere on the browser. While this used to be a one-click process to associate a Demo Project with a Demo SFDC Opp while also having our internal SFDC account open on a separate monitor for prospect notes, the process usually now goes like this:
1.) Prep for Sales Demo by referencing Opp notes in our internal Salesforce environment
2.) Jump into RFPIO Inc and create a demo Project
3.) Associate Project with SFDC Opp.... "Connect to Salesforce"... then Salesforce connects to the Internal Salesforce environment.
4.) Write notes down outside of internal Salesforce Opp
5.) Sign out of internal Salesforce and sign into Demo Salesforce account
6.) Disconnect RFPIO from Salesforce at Org Setting Level
7.) Reconnect Salesforce to the newly signed into Demo Salesforce account.
Do we know why this has changed and how soon we may be able to return it to the previous one-click workflow? I believe this problem started to arise in mid-September and it makes quick Salesforce/RFPIO demoing quite challenging to ensure a rep can show it correctly.
Let me know if you have any questions!
