I have a client that had feedback for a pop-up alert to appear when users are de-selecting the INDEX option while importing Answers so they are aware that it won't be saved to the AL or get routed to Moderation regardless of "Saved to Answer Library" being toggled on.
Please see response from client below for clarification.
The use case for INDEX is that it allows users to select/deselect answers they wish to move to the Answer Library/Moderation. The issue is when the user deselects ALL Index checkboxes. RFPIO allows the user to do this and does not require at least one Answer Type to remain selected. The user also has Save in Answer Library toggled on. When this occurs, the question is not routed to the Moderation queue/Answer Library. The user, however, thinks it's being routed because they've toggled on Save in Answer Library.
It seems like RFPIO should not allow this performance and should require at least one Index box selected so that at least one Answer Type could be routed to Moderation/the Answer Library. OR, RFPIO should alert the user that if no Answer Types are selected (by checking Index), the QA pair will not be routed to Moderation/Answer Library.

Thanks for submitting your feedback. It is a good idea as well. I think it is better to information icon which helps the users to check and uncheck the index and users will also know what will happen it is being checked or unchecked.
