Hi Team,
Our client Cleo has a street team of guides who help their customers and require access to a database of content.
Their current workflow is through the Front App integrated with Guru which manages their knowledge base.
The client is experimenting with using our Chrome LookUp to bypass the previous workflow and is facing some resistance.
The client would like an RFPIO integration directly with Front and enable their guide team to access the approved RFPIO collection within the Front App itself.
I have also seen many S4 requests from other CSMs and AMs around a request for integration with Guru itself, and that could be a solution for my client as well if it made sense for RFPIO to integrate with Guru and then the client can leverage the existing integration between Guru and Front.
Any insight or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
