One big win we had while using RFPIO was finally able to get the template to export our content correctly! It was such a huge relief to only have to do minimal editing to the document instead of full manual edit.
@Tabitha_Young that is great to hear! Are there any tips you wish you knew sooner to share with other users? We can always update our help & university series too if needed!
The biggest tip I would give is to make sure that someone REALLY understands how the styles work in word before trying to use the template in RFPIO. When you don't have the right styles or named incorrectly it WILL cause you headaches in the long run!
That is soooooo true! You have to be a Word guru with styles for sure!
Because I came from Qvidian (YEARS ago), I was a pro with Styles. That's why I got our company to move to RFPIO, LOL.
And I'm so excited to announce RFPIO is moving forward with something I've wanted FOREVER.....paragraph marks! What?!? That will be a game changer when creating the templates within RFPIO.
